Fishing in Ocean City,Md has been spotty, but yet still producing some fish. We have spent some time in the Baltimore lately.
There has been some White Marlin around, seems you get to see two to four Marlins a day, and an occasional Blue Marlin. The Tunas have been slow…… been lucky with a few Yellow fins along the way as well as some Dolphin. Still a Troll bite, have not heard many good reports at all with an overnight night bite pretty much anywhere, few Sword fish being caught as well as some nice Makos.
The Big Eye’s have shown up in the Wilmington here and there, but one has to be in the right place at the right time. One day they bite at 2pm and then the next 6am……. then the next nothing.
The Washington slowed for about a week, however in the last few days has turned on once again. Same one day the Eye Ball’s bite then stop, however seems the small Yellow fins have started to bite again and there eating the Ballyhoos once again. Been tough to get there for us, rough seas SW wind not a fun ride! Looks like we will be able to get there starting Friday, little crappy wether here middle of week. Tight lines!!
