The last 2 weeks have seen a good deal of white Marlin move in. We fished the WMO and had a great week just couldn’t get one to weigh. We have had a few tuna and mahi have been more plentiful. The Big Eye’s and the Blue Marlin have been around as well, we had a few shots at them but but couldn’t stay buttoned.

We had a great week of fishing. We had one mishap that hurt us, but it would have been a long battle. We hooked a Large Blue Marlin on the wrong rod, got us on a dink bait and after a short time it was to much and the 60lb leader gave way. We did see one more Blue that would not eat and caught 12 white marlins for the week. The biggest one we took a look at was 66″ by 24″ no good about a 60lb fish. We aslo manged to catch a nice pair of Tunas on our second day. We are back to Charter fishing on Monday so hopefully we can find some Tunas, seems there are a few more Dolphin moving in. Tight Lines

We have a few dates left in August as well as September for over nighters or day trips, I need 2 spots for the open boat trip on August 21st and have a few open on the 28th as well.
