Tournament fishing can be a finicky beast and the 2011 White Marlin Open was not easy on us. Had a boat issue that caused us to miss a day of fishing. We did make it out for the final 2 days of the Tournament, Had 2 good days of fishing just nothing to make it to the scales.

Rough week for the “Thats Right” had some boat issues on Tuesday and had to waste our second lay day, as things turned out we were only able to fish two days. We had a great time caught some Marlins and a couple Yellowfins.
Back to charter fishing over the weekend and enjoyed some perfect days on the water, slight chop and a pretty good bite through out the day 5 Yellowfins and a couple White marlins. Theres been some new fish showing up Wahoos and some Dolphins. I hope that things continue to pick up as this has been a great summer for fishing already, sure a few low spots but overall pretty darn good. Back at it in the am.
